Releasing Anger
This week I picked Releasing Anger from the Mindful Messages Affirmation and Meditation Deck. Anger is a natural emotion and everyone feels it from time to time. Some people are able to let it go, while others hold onto it. If we allow it to consume us it can have serious impacts on our spirit, health and well being. Looking at the card we see two hands breaking the chains of confinement.
Is there someone or something that you have built up anger against? Are you allowing it to suffocate you? Ask your self why am I so angry? When you release the anger, you free yourself from its energy and allow your self to be more open to love. Remember the Universal Law of Attraction? It states like attracts like, you can read about the Universal Laws here. Whatever you send out into the Universe comes back to you. I would rather send out love and get that back for sure, wouldn’t you?
Most times when we can’t let go of anger it is because there is something we see in the person or the situation that is a part of us that we need to release. Take a few deep breathes and try to see it for what it is, acknowledge it and let it go so you can heal and move past it. Spirit is always there for you to call upon for strength and guidance, so don’t be afraid to ask it you need it. Once you release anger, you will feel lighter and free!
