During a distance session, a Shamballa practitioner may use a variety of techniques, including visualizations, affirmations, and guided meditations. The practitioner may also use shamanic drums, rattles, and singing bowls as well as light touch or tapping on specific areas of the body to help clear blockages and realign the energy pathways. Most people feel very relaxed and peaceful during this time. Distant sessions are performed using Zoom and generally last about an hour.
