Shipping Policy
Turnaround Time Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, between 8am and 5pm (EST).
Carriers We Use We currently ship via:
- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Parcel Post
Order Tracking: If a tracking number is provided by the carrier, we’ll update your order with that information. Please note: Orders shipped via USPS First-Class Mail may not include tracking.
Shipping Rates Shipping fees are based on the weight of your items and your location. These rates will be displayed before checkout, so you can review them before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel good about the energetic tools you welcome into your space. If something doesn’t resonate, here’s how to return it:
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned unused and in original condition within 30 days of purchase.
- Products with manufacturing defects may also be returned for a refund or exchange.
How to Return
- Email us at sales@lightraycenter.org to request a return authorization and tracking number.

- Include a signed note stating your reason for the return, plus your original receipt.
Exceptions & Final Sale Items. For safety and energetic integrity, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened bath products
- Worn, used, or altered merchandise
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
