How to Use With pure intention, place the bundle in a fireproof vessel. Light the end, then blow out the flame so the embers release smoke. Do not inhale directly. Walk slowly through your space, guiding the smoke with a feather fan or your hand. Focus on gateways, windows, doors, closets, hallways, and corners, while offering prayer and inviting your Guides and Angels to transform negativity into light. Smudge yourself by moving the smoke around your body, front and back. When finished, gently extinguish the embers.
